• Contact details you give us — your name, email address, and phone number, when you join our waitlist, submit a lead form, or contact us.
• Lead-form information from ad platforms — if you submit a form served on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or similar platforms, we receive the contact details you provided there.
• Your search activity — the homes and neighborhoods you view, like, save, or match with, and search preferences (such as budget, beds, and location), so we can show you relevant homes.
• Technical information — basic device, browser, and usage data collected automatically to operate and improve the service.

How we use your information

• To contact you about your inquiry and about Miami homes you may be interested in.
• To provide, personalize, and improve the My Miami experience and match you with homes and a real estate professional.
• To send you updates, new-listing alerts, and marketing you have asked for — which you can opt out of at any time.
• To operate our business and comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to serve you:

• With Alexandria Realty Group agents, who follow up about homes you’re interested in.
• With your own agent, if you name one — if you tell us you already work with a real estate agent, we may share your inquiry with that agent so they can assist you.
• With service providers who help us operate — for example our customer-relationship-management system (Follow Up Boss), website hosting, and the advertising platforms through which you reached us. They may only use the information to provide services to us.
• When required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, and users.

Marketing communications & your consent

With your consent, we may contact you by email, phone call, and text message (SMS) about homes and our services. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of email at any time using the unsubscribe link, and opt out of texts by replying STOP. Opting out of marketing does not stop communications directly related to a request you made.

Your choices & rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and depending on where you live (for example, California and certain other states) you may have additional rights regarding your information. To make a request, contact us using the details below and we will respond as required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate business or legal purposes, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
